If you are anything like me and have bad anxiety, then let me just tell you right now 'For the love of God, STOP googling your symptoms'! It is the absolute worst, it actually makes you feel 10xs worse than you did before! Now I know we are all guilty of this, but if you suffer with any kind of health anxiety, than you must stay away from that cute little search bar. So I will be explaining today what happens when you search certain symptoms (caused by your anxiety)! So drum roll please.......Here are the 10 Reasons why you should NEVER EVER google your symptoms!

Your Symptoms     vs.       Google

1. HEADACHE -   Brain Aneurysm

2.HYPERVENTILATING -  Lung cancer or a Pulmonary Embolism.

3.PAIN IN YOUR LEGS - Holy shit, it's a Blood Clot!

4. TINGLING SENSATION -  You're probably about to have a stroke?

5. STOMACH ACHE - Yeap, you have Stomach Cancer!

6. CHEST PAIN- You guessed it, it's a Heart Attack!

7. PAIN IN JAW- My friend, you have Jaw Cancer!

8 BODY HURTS- You have Lymphoma! No If's, and's, or but's!

9. SORE or WEAK MUSCLES-  You have Muscular Dystrophy. WTF

10. ANY SYMPTOMS - According to Google you've got yourself a one-way ticket to an early grave!

LOL! Seriously, we must stop this practice! If you feel any of these symptoms, just go see your doctor, 9 x's out of 10 it is just your anxiety. Just in case you do not know all the symptoms anxiety can cause here is a link to the list! So to my fellow 'Health Anxious' friends (and my self) we MUST stop, it doesn't help us in any way, it's borderline unhealthy. So let's quit dwelling on our symptoms and 'move a muscle, change a thought'!
