Celebrities are just like us, and that includes Mental Health Disorders such as Anxiety and Panic Attacks. These kinds of things Do Not Discriminate! From Doctors, to Lawyers, to Celebs anyone can suffer.
Here is a list of 5 Celebrities who also suffer from Anxiety!
  1. Amanda Seyfried - Once quoted saying "It's sad, actually, because my Anxiety keeps me from enjoying things as much as I should at this age." You would think with a Great Career, High Paying Acting Gigs and not to mention Good Looks, How the hell could she have anxiety? Easy! Those " Material " things can NOT buy you or anyone peace of mind!
  2. Johnny Depp - Can you believe it? Johnny Depp suffers with Anxiety? Yeap, he does! His Famous quote " Its only a bad day. Not a bad life " beautifully resonates with us all. So much meaning and vulnerability in just a few words. Thank you Johnny!
  3. Emma Stone - Now Emma has suffered with Panic Attacks, which if you've never had one, they are TERRIFYING! Emma was once quoted saying "The first time I had a Panic Attack... I thought someone was burning down the house." How scary? I wouldn't wish panic attacks on my worst enemy! (Well, maybe a couple ;))
  4. John Mayer - The man who's voice could lull me into the most beautiful dreams, is a broken human just like you and me! John's Famous quote "You aren't crazy, you're just lonely and loneliness is a hell of a drug!" One thing we can all agree with is that Anxiety can cause us all to feel lonely.
  5. Sarah Silverman - Comedian and Actress whose life is to make people laugh, is not laughing herself. When it comes to Panic Attacks her quote resonates with me the most. Sarah said " People use 'Panic Attack' very casually here in Los Angeles, but I don't think most of them really know what it is. Every breath is labored. You are dying. You are going to die. It's terrifying. And then when the attack is over, the depression is still there." She hit the nail on the head and I could not agree more!
And There you have it! We are not the only ones who suffer. I hope this made you feel a little less alone in the world :) #ENDTHESTIGMA
